Meet & Greet with Vice Minister of Trade and Industry of Vietnam, Mr. Tran Quoc Khanh

12h30 – 14h30, 15 September 2016

Dear Sir/Madam,

The Free Trade Agreement between European Union and Vietnam (EVFTA) which was officially announced on 2nd December 2015 has received a lot of attention from investors and business representatives from both countries. The EVFTA is believed to bring great chances to strengthen the economic, social and cultural relationship between the European Union and Vietnam. This historical Agreement has also shown further evidence of the EU’s commitment to the Southeast Asia.

To introduce the new opportunities that the EVFTA could bring to the European and Vietnamese investors, a conference organized by the Mission of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam to the European Union, in collaboration with the Permanent Representation of Belgium to the European Union, the Trade Agencies of the 3 Regions of Belgium, Federation Enterprises of Belgium, the Belgian Vietnamese Alliance and Business Europe, will be held on 14th September 2016 with the participation of several prominent speakers including the Vice Minister of Trade and Industry of Vietnam, Mr. Tran Quoc Khanh and Mr. Mauro Petriccione, respectively the chief negotiators for the EVFTA for Vietnam and the European Union ( the full programme and the invitation to the conference can be found here for your easy reference).

On this occasion of his visit to Belgium, Mr. Tran Quoc Khanh has kindly agreed to meet and talk with BVA members and other partners in a Meet & Greet organized on 15th September 2016.
