Mr. Peter Van Kerckhove becomes the new President of the Belgian Vietnamese Alliance (BVA)

Dear BVA sponsors, members and friends,

Mr. Peter Van Kerckhove - New president of the Belgian Vietnamese Alliance

Mr. Peter Van Kerckhove – New president of the Belgian Vietnamese Alliance

We are glad to inform you that at its meeting held on 28/4/2016, the Executive Board has elected Mr. Peter Van Kerckhove as the new President of the Belgian Vietnamese Alliance (BVA)

After 30 years as CEO at the helm of VK Architects & Engineers, Peter has developed an impressive network in the international business world, with amongst them many international captains of industry and high-ranking professionals in varying sectors. But he also was one of the first entrepreneurs to see the potential of Vietnam as a hub for operating intellectual services in the ASEAN region.
Under his leadership VK Vietnam established a solid reputation as healthcare designer which resulted in the development of VinMec Hospital, Bach Mai II Hospital and Viet Duc II Hospital, all of them in Hanoi.

Peter’s genuine love for the country Vietnam also led to the development of the fabulous resort Amanoi in Vinh Hy. Together with some Belgian friends he co-invested in what already has become a landmark in the Vietnamese hospitality industry.

We therefore strongly believe that this will open up a new chapter of the BVA activities. As the current chairman of VK Group, Mr. Van Kerckhove has been supporting our organization continuously since its establishment in 2011. We believe he will be a perfect ambassador for all the members of BVA.

The Executive Board would like to wish Mr. Van Kerckhove all the best with his new role and looks forward to a long-term fruitful collaboration.

The BVA Executive Board
